Senior Electronics Engineer – Drive Innovation & Lead Projects
Are you a highly skilled Electronics Engineer looking for a role where you can lead projects, influence technology development, and drive innovation? This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering team, working on cutting-edge electronic systems in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
The Role:
1. Lead electronics design and development, focusing on EMC, power management, servo control, and communications.
2. Define and review system architecture, including power distribution and PCB technology.
3. Act as a technical authority, setting engineering standards and best practices.
4. Work across disciplines, collaborating on multi-disciplinary R&D projects.
5. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and resource planning for the team.
6. Fault-find and problem-solve at PCB and system level, ensuring robust designs.
What You Need:
1. Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (IET accredited).
2. 6+ years of relevant experience in electronic system design.
3. Strong expertise in circuit design, embedded systems, and power electronics.
4. Experience leading projects, teams, or mentoring engineers.
5. Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, etc.) and simulation tools (Python, MATLAB, LT-Spice, Simulink).
6. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
7. Background in defence, aerospace, or other high-tech sectors is a plus.
