We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic person to join our bar team here at the Governor's House pub with restaurant and 10 hotel rooms!
Experience is preferred, and the successful candidate must be over 18 and ability to work evenings, weekends, and some of the key Festive dates is essential (Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; Boxing Day; New Year's Eve; New Year's Day).
As a member of the bar team, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a perfect pint to accompany a restaurant meal, or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun, inclusive, and experienced team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Job Description
As a member of our Bar Staff, you will…
7. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit;
8. Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers;
9. Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations;
10. Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us;
11. Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
