Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As an Assistant Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in our organic, earthy and grounded beachside restaurant & bar Venue i.e. ULA Beach Ras Al Khaimah.
What You Will Be Doing
1. You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
2. Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
3. Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained as per our policies, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times.
4. Work closely with the respective Chef de Cuisine to plan menus, prices and promotional events for the restaurant in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities.
5. Liaise with the Marketing Team to work on the marketing plan of the Venue.
6. Focus on guest feedback and always seek to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Venue Manager for a standalone Restaurant ideally in a location like Palm / Marina.
2. Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage.
3. Extensive beverage knowledge.
4. Service-focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
5. Proactive approach with attention to detail to ensure consistent service across the Venue.
6. Experience in all aspects of Restaurant Service.
