SALES CONSULTANT / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - (£35-40k Base - £68k Y1 based on performance)
A Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager is needed to join Kee Systems, a UK leader in fall protection, ground based and height safety solutions. This is a fast-paced, high-reward opportunity (£68k year one OTE based on performance) that will position you at the forefront of the business, pitching, closing, and driving sales of industry-leading fall protection solutions.
Founded in 1946, Kee Systems is one of the UKs most respected safety specialists, designing, supplying, and installing pedestrian barriers, DDA-compliant handrails, and safety barriers across the UK. As pioneers in the industry, they continue to expand and are now seeking a high-energy, ambitious Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to take their fall protection sales to the next level.
As a Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager, you will work within a small ambitious sales team at the cutting edge of the business, identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities. You will build a client base from the ground-up therefore you will be expected to proactively generate new business, taking ownership of the entire sales process. If you are hungry for success, thrive on winning deals, and are motivated by high earnings, this role is for you.
Full product training is provided, so although experience in fall protection is helpful, it is not essential our top performers have come from various industries.
Key Requirements: You should be an ambitious, driven and motivated Sales Consultant / Sales Engineer / New Business Sales Exec / Business Development Manager / Sales Professional or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
* A hunter mentality you actively seek out opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
* A proven ability to close deals hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* A natural ability to communicate, persuade, and build strong relationships.
* A strong understanding of business development and sales strategy.
* The ability to interpret technical information and drawings (training provided).
* A self-motivated attitude you work well independently and as part of a team.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
