Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist provision with sites across Newcastle. Each site are looking for dedicated support staff to join their teams from after half term on a full time basis (Mon-Fri, 8:30-3:30). This role demands a high level of commitment, and we appreciate applications from individuals with the experience to meet its demands. Responsibilities: • Work as a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with children having Autism, ADHD, and Behaviour issues. • Provide support to children in various capacities, adapting to the individual needs of each child. • Supporting class behaviour and supporting pupils who may be dysregulated where additional support is needed. Requirements: • Proven experience working with SEN children, specifically those with Autism, ADHD, and Behaviour issues. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to handle intense situations with patience and adaptability. • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
