Why this could be a great role for you The Regulatory Coordinator provides an exciting opportunity to regularly engage with people who use services, and groups that represent them to ensure compassionate involvement. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships of trust to enable sharing information which drives our regulatory activity. You will be responsible for the regular interface with providers, systems, people who use services and groups that represent them, gathering information and insight to inform end-to-end assessment across providers, sectors and systems. Within this role, you will be required to support our Inspectors during inspections, this will involve crossing the threshold of a provider in order to meet with the provider, patients and their family members. What you will bring You will have some experience of working within health or social care or with people who use services, you will also be accustomed to engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Your analytical capability to use internal and external data and insight to drive decision making in Integrated Assessment and Inspection Teams. Your experience of working with and interpreting data to inform action will help you translate improvement ideas into measurable change whilst working collaboratively across several sectors and in partnership with others. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, alongside good organisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
