Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enrich the lives of people with various care needs, based on the principles of choice, dignity, and respect. Our vision is ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy is ‘Best Lives Possible’.
We value our people highly. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going 'the extra mile'. In return, we invest in pay, recognition, wellbeing, and professional development. We provide all necessary training, PPE, and career development support.
We are committed to improving pay for our colleagues, investing heavily in our frontline workers' pay annually in line with the Living Wage increase each April.
About the Role:
We are recruiting for our supported living service in Dorset, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. The home features communal gardens and a vibrant community spirit, with activities like lunches, games, sports, and outings. We seek team members who encourage independence, listen well, stay calm, problem-solve, and communicate positively. A female colleague is required for this role due to a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act.
Our Values:
We believe in recruiting based on values and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, whether with professional experience or lived experience. Our core values are: We Include; We Deliver; We Aspire; We Respect; We Enable. We look for qualities such as patience, empathy, reliability, honesty, determination, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
