Job Advert: Private Clients / HNW Account Executive

A leading insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Clients / High Net-Worth (HNW) Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to build and lead the development of a new division within the private clients insurance space.
The successful candidate will have the chance to leverage their proven track record in client development to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, supported by dedicated account handling teams, a marketing and events budget, and business development resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of private clients and HNW accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private clients/HNW market.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, utilizing an established network and industry connections.
* Lead the development and growth of the private clients insurance division, with support from the senior leadership team.
* Utilize a dedicated marketing and events budget to promote the division and expand business outreach.
* Work closely with internal account handling teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
* Provide regular updates on business development, client retention, and division performance.
About You:
* A proven track record of successfully developing and managing high-value clients within the private clients/HNW insurance sector.
* Strong connectivity and a well-established network within the HNW sector.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take ownership of business growth and drive new initiatives.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, both with clients and internal teams.
* In-depth understanding of the unique needs and expectations of HNW clients.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role within an insurance brokerage is highly desirable.
