The post holder will be responsible for a high-quality customer service function. They will be adaptable and willing to support the delivery of all administration functions across the eastern locality, including weekends and bank holidays.

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with excellent IT skills and the ability to work on their own initiative to join our friendly Health & Social Care Team covering the Woodbury, Exmouth, and Budleigh Salterton Locality. Knowledge of Care First 6 and EPIC is advantageous, but training can be provided.
The role involves regular communication with clients, families, clinicians from various disciplines, and the voluntary sector, requiring excellent customer care skills. You will accept referrals for care, book visits on the rota, and work closely with hospital and clinical staff to help prevent hospital admissions and support safe discharges.
We welcome applications from candidates demonstrating good interpersonal and administrative skills, strong prioritisation abilities, and a positive attitude. This is an ideal role for someone eager to make a difference and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
