Employment Advisor Salary: £24,429 plus benefits Covering Derbyshire – Regular travel required, covering multiple sites across the region This role is a hybrid model where we aim to support up to 3 days per week working from home. You will be working closely with clinicians during the delivery of integrated support packages across the region. Duties will include providing tailored sessions to secure new employment, return to work following absence or retaining employment through in-work support. What you will be doing? Employment Advisors (EAs) will work with around 25-35 people at any one time and are responsible for coordinating care packages that include therapy and employment support. Working closely with external organisations such as Jobcentre Plus, employers, Trade Unions to ensure participants are supported to remain in work. Coordinating with NHS Talking Therapies services where participants are accessing support to a ssess the impact of mental health conditions as a potential barrier to work. Signposting to other agencies who will be able to provide advice on other benefits or support as required. To be successful you will require; Experience of supporting those with mental health conditions. Case Management experience.
