Under the direction of the Laundry Production Manager, the Shift Manager is specifically responsible for the overall running, planning/administering and delivering a full service from the on-site laundry at City and a related linen service operation across the Trust and to external contracts as appropriate. The Shift Manager will also be required to assist in the development and administration of policies and procedures relating to receiving, processing and delivery of laundry items in accordance with HTM 01-04 and other relevant British standards including BSEN 14065.
