Inventory Manager
Global FMCG Brand | Windsor | £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
We’re looking for a strong, analytical Inventory Manager to take full ownership of stock accuracy and inventory management for a global FMCG brand. This is a key role that requires someone proactive, data-driven, and solutions-focused—someone who doesn’t just patch issues but gets to the root cause and drives continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring full stock visibility.
* Managing stock movements within SAP (mandatory), including inbound, outbound, and internal transfers.
* Working closely with 3PL partners to mirror stock transactions, resolve issues, and maintain batch-level accuracy.
* Designing and implementing inventory tracking reports for better oversight and control.
* Identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock and proactively driving solutions.
* Advising on cost reduction and efficiency strategies across stock management.
* Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and 3PL teams to maintain an efficient inventory flow.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of inventory management experience in FMCG.
* SAP expertise (mandatory)—you must know stock transactions inside out.
* Strong experience in batch management and 3PL stock control.
* Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis.
* Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset.
* Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and drive change.
