We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Team Supervisor to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care services for clients while supporting and leading a dedicated team of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recording concerns, complaints, and compliments while ensuring all complaints are logged correctly and escalated when necessary.
2. Attending appointments with clients and professionals to assess needs, collate necessary information, and establish tailored care plans.
3. Developing and adjusting care plans, including completing specific risk assessments to align with client requirements.
4. Conducting staff supervisions, monitoring absences, facilitating return-to-work interviews, and addressing significant discussions as needed.
5. Managing the staff and client newsletter to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting.
2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards is desirable.
5. A compassionate and team-oriented approach to care delivery.
