Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our in-house Estates team at Licensed Trade Charity. The successful candidate will have experience in managing maintenance operations and leading a team to ensure the smooth running of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services
* Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of our operations
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient use of maintenance funds
Requirements:
* Proven experience in maintenance management and leadership
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols
