A Business Development Manager job has just become available at a growing property improvement company. They are a trusted name in homes and business across York, Harrogate, Ripon, and beyond. With over 20 years of experience, the family-run business has built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and transparency.
This is a hybrid role, working 2/3 days per week in the office.
THE ROLE:

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Previous sales experience is essential.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
1. £28,000 - £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
2. £40,000 - £50,000 on target earnings.
3. 20 days holiday + public holidays.
4. Pension.
5. Car mileage allowance.
