Job Title: Process Simplification & Automation Architect Location: Windsor, Onsite 2 times per month Remuneration: Daily rate up to £750 Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (9 months) Join an innovative organisation in the Utilities sector that is committed to transforming their processes and driving efficiency through technology Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to define and agree on strategies for process simplification and efficiency improvements. Build robust relationships with senior stakeholders, leading the charge in business change and innovation. Develop key roadmaps and business capabilities to facilitate informed decision-making. Identify potential risks in architectural decisions and influence business change programmes to align with global strategies. Roadmap Development and Execution: Collaborate with Engineering & Automation teams to create and execute a roadmap for process simplification and efficiency enhancements. Provide strategic tech guidance, ensuring solutions align with group strategies. Develop Technology Roadmaps across multiple domains and work with suppliers to set the technology direction. Drive relationships with strategic partners to ensure standard alignment and support the wider architecture community. Delivery: Design and implement automation roadmaps for back-office processes, prioritising based on business value. Ensure secure data processing and adherence to existing policies and standards. Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for adoption. Evaluate new technologies' feasibility and potential impact on the organisation. Provide thought leadership for technology adoption, driving innovation within the organisation. Contribute to the Innovation Community of Practise by sharing Business Unit opportunities and developing architectural patterns for innovative ideas. Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security policies.
