We are looking for a Plannerto undertake effective planning work, coordination of teams, administrative duties and financial and statistical functions in support of all Operations teams providing excellent planned maintenance, responsive repairs, empty homes, compliance and grounds services.
What you'll be doing
1. Co-ordinate resources across all trades teams, including contractors, to ensure that the right number of people with the right skills are in place to achieve business objectives.
2. Effectively schedule all works, projects and inspections and organise materials, logistics, equipment and waste clearance to maximise the efficient use of resources, improve productivity and provide an excellent service to customers.
3. Act as an ambassador to live CHPs values, taking appropriate action to ensure that customers are well informed and feel safe in their homes, by collecting property data, checking customer details and providing appropriate customer advice and support.
4. Undertake administrative, financial and analytical activities to support the general operation of the Operations team where required.
