German-Speaking Technical Support Customer Care
This is a technical support role for a GERMAN speaker who likes customer care and is based around the READING area (or commutable). There will be full training provided in this position and plenty of opportunity to grow your responsibilities and move up in the organisation if you have a talent for looking after customers. The company is within the automotive sector, and you will deal with inbound calls and help with straightforward laptop and other queries. There is an admin component and the team is friendly and warm.

The Role:
You will support automotive dealerships in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria and will be the frontline representative of the company. This is an inbound role with plenty of admin work. It’s a varied position.
Technical Responsibilities
* Identify and resolve straightforward problems with PC/Laptop hardware/software.
* Take inbound calls.
* Determine which piece of equipment is faulty.
* Escalate the problem to a 2nd line support expert.
* Try and rectify the issue over the phone.
Customer Care Admin Responsibilities
* General admin and logistics work.
* Check warranties.
* Arrange delivery of temporary loaned equipment.
* Coordinate collection of laptops that are under warranty.
* Chase customers for the return of loaned equipment.
* Get sign-off.
