Come join us today The successful candidate willprovide technical assistance with projects and in resolving IT-operations related problems/issues primarily for employees of Terumo BCT Larne. Perform a range of tasks including project technical support, analysis, installation, testing, assisting with validation activity, maintenance, technical documentation, IT solutions provision, and training. Essential Duties Primarily responsible for working with IT and Project Operations teams to provide solutions for the benefit of the company Using Teams and Sharepoint to maintain documentation. Adherence to Cyber-security policies. Install, fully configure and support Windows/Intel Workstations. Answer associates questions and resolve problems in MS Office suite of applications. Develop and maintain IT and Project related documentation. Responsible for own schedule and organising own priorities primarily to best serve business needs. Responsible for project planning to meet the IT Operations requirements of other department projects. Responsible for maintaining and promoting an on-going and effective rapport with assigned associates. LAN/WAN patch cord moves/additions as required. Installations of peripheral IT hardware printers, scanners etc. Maintain and operate internal Help-Desk system Any other duties as may be reasonably required by your Manager from time to time Education Minimum HNC or equivalent in an IT-related subject Experience Good Knowledge of Database Systems (SQL Preferred) Working knowledge of Intel-based PCs Working knowledge of Windows Operating System Working knowledge of PC installations Working knowledge of Networks Proficient in at least one programming language Understanding of Workflow management and the automation of routine tasks Skills Able to work with minimum supervision.
