Income Officer (North) Location – Homebased, with able to efficiently travel across the East Midlands to meet and respond to the needs of the business(Designated Office – Memorial House) Hours – 35 hours per week, 8am – 6pm (usually one 6pm finish per week) Salary – £ 26,524 - £29,471 per annum (RFJ 5) The role As an Income Officer you will support the delivery of the income management service, which aims to maximise the amount of rent collected and minimise financial hardship within our communities. Key responsibilities for the role include: Delivering a high level of income collection performance for your allocated patch. Working in partnership to enable customers to access financial and tenancy support. Establishing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with emh colleagues and external partners. Legal escalating possession claims when appropriate, in line with procedure.
