Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious installations and logistics coordinator to oversee and coordinate the installation of Flooring (Carpets & Vinyl) Products for our customers in various parts of the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of installers.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and schedule installation projects
2. Oversee the installation process to ensure quality and efficiency
3. Communicate with customers to provide updates and address any concerns
4. Manage a team of installers, providing guidance and support
5. Conduct on-site visits to assess installation requirements
6. Analyse installation data to identify areas for improvement
7. Warehouse checks, sorting and organising
Skills
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Proficient in data entry and analysis
3. Confident at dealing with customer dissatisfaction
4. Happy to get involved with the warehouse and logistics side of the business
5. Strong phone etiquette skills for customer interactions
6. Experience in upselling products or services
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
