We're always looking for innovative ways to improve work-life balance at Outcomes First Group. Our trial of the 4-Day Working Week aims to provide a better balance between work and personal life for all colleagues. As an Academic Mentor, you'll play a key role in implementing this initiative.
By working one day less a week, you'll have more time to focus on your own wellbeing and priorities. Our school will continue to thrive in a more efficient and effective way. The 4-Day Working Week will be rolled out school-wide when we have a full complement of staff.
Key benefits:
* Work-life balance
* Increased productivity
* Improved job satisfaction
As an Academic Mentor, you'll be responsible for implementing and monitoring the success of this initiative. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition and provide support where needed.
