Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver direct patient care with precision and safety.
2. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making in critical care situations.
3. Develop comprehensive, individualized care plans for patients using the nursing process.
4. Advocate for patients by facilitating communication among patients, families, and the healthcare team.
5. Participate in patient care conferences and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
6. Utilize hospital resources efficiently and ensure the safe use of equipment and supplies.

8. Stay current with professional development and engage in educational programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2. Registration: Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
3. Experience: Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting.
4. Certifications: Critical Care Nursing course certification; ACLS, PALS, BLS (AHA certifications required). IV Therapy certification. TNCC certification is a plus.
5. Skills: Strong assessment skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage complex patient care.
