Product Owner - IT Services (End User Experience) Location: London, Hybrid 2 days a week Salary: £75,000 Contract Type: Permanent Are you a passionate Product Owner with a knack for driving innovative IT solutions? We're on the hunt for a talented individual to join a dynamic IT Services team, focusing on the End User Experience (EUX) value stream. This is your chance to shape cutting-edge infrastructure products that are sustainable, resilient, and designed with inclusivity in mind - all while delivering maximum value to colleagues and boosting market competitiveness. What You'll Do: This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. You'll: Shape and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with key objectives and keeps the team on track. Collaborate with technical experts to run workshops, gather requirements, and prioritise work that delivers real impact. Craft clear, concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs that get the job done. Keep the product backlog in top shape - refined, prioritised, and ready to roll. Team up with Agile Delivery Leads to ensure a smooth flow of work for the squad, keeping the roadmap front and centre. Build dashboards to track performance metrics and use data to tackle waste and inefficiencies. Be the go-to person for the squad - answering questions, clarifying needs, and clearing roadblocks. Champion the customer's voice, ensuring everyone understands the value behind the work. Join forces with the Agile Delivery Lead for stand-ups, planning, refinement, and retrospectives. Flag risks or issues early, escalating where needed, and keep the roadmap on course. Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear, confident communication. Dig into product performance, spot opportunities for improvement, and make smart, data-driven calls. Lead product launches with flair, ensuring internal customers and stakeholders are fully briefed. Share your expertise with the wider Product Owner community, mentoring junior team members to help them grow. What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience in Technology Infrastructure - whether in support, delivery, or projects. Solid knowledge of end user computing solutions. A track record of delivering transformative tech infrastructure projects or programmes. Proven time in a product-focused role - think Agile teams, backlog management, and a laser focus on business value. A customer-first mindset with a knack for shaking things up and solving problems. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) would be a bonus. Comfortable using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence, plus other product management platforms. Skilled at writing business requirements that engineers can pick up and run with. A sharp eye for detail, obsessed with quality and delivering value. Deep understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and product management frameworks.
