This tranquil setting is approximately four miles from the M27 and two miles from Totton train station, and has free onsite parking. Skylark Ward is a 13 bedded ward which provides treatment for patients with Eating Disorders. You will work alongside an experienced and established MDT.
The hospital prides itself on ensuring that patients’ recovery and care remain its primary focus throughout their stay. Led by an effective and stable management team it has a robust preceptorship programme. The hospital environment, referral screening process and links with the local provider collaborative sees low levels of incidents requiring restraint despite being designated as an ‘acute’ facility.
Job Profile
1. Deliver high quality, service users focussed care

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
1. Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with 12 months post qualifying experience
2. Relevant clinical experience
3. Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
4. Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
5. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
