We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to understand business requirements, assess processes, and develop actionable insights for process improvement. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across departments to facilitate effective decision-making and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
* Process Mapping and Analysis: Create detailed process maps and analyze current workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for optimization.
* Solution Development: Propose technology solutions that align with business goals, working closely with the IT and development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
