What You’ll Do:
• Own complex diary and meeting management, keeping our execs ahead of the game.
• Act as the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and board meeting materials.
• Track tasks, follow up relentlessly, and keep projects moving forward.
• Manage travel, accommodation, and event logistics with precision.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced or private equity-backed environment.
• A tenacious and results-driven approach – you won’t let things slip.
• Exceptional organisational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• A high level of discretion, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for staying one step ahead.
