Area Sales Manager – North West (Lancaster, Manchester, Liverpool, Stockport, Chester & North Wales) We are partnering with a fantastic brand within the Bathroom industry who hare in search of a ambitious and focused sales person who has excellent interpersonal skills. The Role We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Area Sales Manager to manage and expand a territory covering the North West, including Lancaster, Manchester, Liverpool, Stockport, Chester, and North Wales. This role focuses on selling into independent retailers, showrooms, and merchants, building long-term partnerships, and creating demand for premium bathroom products. With a highly competitive salary of up to £49,000 basic, a realistic and achievable quarterly bonus, and an electric vehicle (EV) included, this role offers excellent earning potential and career progression. The ideal candidate Thrives in sales and enjoys a customer-facing role. Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to grow key accounts. Knowledge or previous experience within the KBB Enjoys relationship-building and adding real value to customers. Key Responsibilities Territory Growth – Develop and expand relationships with independent retailers, showrooms, and trade merchants. Account Management – Manage a portfolio of 130 active customers, driving account retention and new business. Customer Training & Development – Deliver tailored training plans to strengthen brand loyalty. Sales & Business Development – Identify new opportunities, secure deals, and grow market share within retail and trade channels. Industry Events & Networking – Represent the brand at key industry events to build connections and secure business.
