We have an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Trainer to join a Transforming Pensions business in the North East of England on a hybrid working model. Perfect for somebody at Senior Pension Administrator or Team Leader level looking for a move over to Training. Reporting to the Head of L&D, you will provide high-quality, commercially focused Learning & Development services through designing and delivering development activities that support the L&D strategy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence culture and performance across the organisation, enabling people to reach their full potential through career planning, learning, and development. We’re looking for someone with demonstrable knowledge and experience in the pensions sector, ideally within a learning and development role or with a strong interest in moving into this field.
