What skills and experience we're looking for
• Main purpose: We are seeking to appoint a full-time Executive Business Administrator at our Multi-Academy Trust, based in the heart of Rochdale, committed to excellence in education.
The overall purpose of the role will be to deliver project management, administrative, and business support to the CEO and the Executive. The post holder will provide executive administration support and assistance to the CEO and be the first point of contact for them with people from inside and outside the organisation. The post holder will manage the central Trust business function and office and provide project management support for the individual members of the Executive. About you: The role requires someone who has the ability to work on their own initiative, has the ability to work under pressure and someone who has good organisation and administrative skills. As the first point of contact to the CEO and the Executive, an excellent front-of-house manner and an approachable and friendly disposition are considered to be important qualities for this position. The role requires a flexible approach to working, time off in lieu will be given in accordance with current policy.
