Main duties of the job The ProgrammeManager will lead and manage a major initiative involvinga number ofcomplexdigitalprojects aligned to thehealthboards annualobjectivesandIMTP (Integrated Medium-Term Plan). As a senior member of the programmes team, theProgrammeManager will have day to day oversight of projects within the programme leading on the development of plans and programme documentationaligned to Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and PRINCE2 methodologies. Working in a challenging environment, the programme manager will face a variety of competing priorities that will require a flexible and imaginative approach combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will need extensive knowledge and expertisein programme management, business change and benefits management. We are looking for an individual with experience of delivering major digital transformation programmes. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
