About the role
The successful Special Educational Needs TA will be able to quickly build a positive relationship with children, promote their learning and development. You will be adept at engaging children with learning activities and helping them maintain focus. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be energetic, flexible, patient and be highly motivated to help children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

The local school in Bath welcomes a diverse range of pupils and is seeking a caring and supportive Teaching Assistant who is responsible and reliable and who can adapt their approach to meet the needs of children. The experienced TA should be confident at communicating with children and helping them make positive choices. The school has high standards and expectations of their pupils and they prioritise creating a supportive environment for both staff and students.

Salary
£75 to £85 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
