The role Reporting to the Head of Service, you will manage a dedicated disrepair team of surveyors, RLOs, disrepair coordinators and team assistants to deliver a quality, resident-focused, comprehensive, and co-ordinated Disrepair Service working heavily and collaboratively with internal and external legal Counsel, external contractors, and internal departments. You'll be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. What you need to have : To be performance driven. Strong experience in people management. Have, or are working towards Chartered RICS or equivalent. Experience with Legal Disrepair processes. Experience with Legal Case Management. Are familiar with Contractor Management.
