Role: Learning and Development Advisor
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? At Millennium Support, we're seeking a dynamic individual to enhance the performance, engagement, and retention of our People We Employ (PWE), ensuring they provide the best services for the People We Support (PWS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead our Induction Programme for new PWE.
2. Design and deliver training on People and Leadership skills.
3. Coordinate and evaluate all training initiatives.
4. Utilize LMS, digital tools, and innovative learning methods.
5. Collaborate with external partners for value and innovation.
6. Manage apprenticeship success and levy arrangements.
7. Mentor internal trainers and foster teamwork.
8. Maintain accurate training records.
9. Ensure training is inclusive and relevant.
10. Provide expert advice on training materials.
11. Promote L&D across the business.
Qualifications:
Essential:
1. Training qualification or equivalent in learning and organizational development.
2. Experience in designing and delivering inclusive learning interventions.
3. Expertise in Health and Social Care essentials, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, and working with vulnerable adults.
4. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
5. Proficiency in e-learning, digital design, and LMS.
6. A commitment to learning and promoting learning in others.
Desirable:
1. Knowledge of working with LD and Autism.
2. Experience managing Apprenticeship programmes.
3. Skills in learning analysis, evaluations, and quality assurance.
4. Coaching and mentoring skills.
5. Budgeting and project management skills.
6. Understanding CQC requirements and Social Care provider needs.
7. Building partnerships with external contractors and providers.
