I am looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the Estate Manager in managing day-to-day operations. This hands-on role involves administration, health & safety, reporting, and financial tasks, ensuring compliance, exceptional service, and efficient site management. Key Responsibilities Administration :Maintain records, manage communications, and update systems. Health & Safety: Coordinate work permissions, assist with inspections, and ensure compliance. Reporting: Analyse contractor performance, support CAPEX proposals, and assist with financial reporting. Customer Service : Deliver excellent service to tenants, contractors, and site users. Other: Act as deputy fire warden and assist with on-site events and marketing. Requirements Essential Experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and IT skills. Proactive, organised, and customer-focused. Desirable: IOSH certification or FM experience. Ambition for progression.
