I have a client looking for an experienced Facilities Admin to work on their site in the facilities department.
Details of Assignment:
1. Producing swipe cards
2. Controlling accommodation for staff
3. Covering the welcome desk while coordinating jobs for porters and cleaners
4. Answering the desk phone and emails while liaising with the department
5. Looking after patient files while adhering to health and safety regulations
Job Details:
- The role pays £14.50ph on a temp to perm basis for a 37.5 hour week.
- You can be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
- The role is for 6-12 months with the ability to go permanent afterwards.
