Job Title: Security Administrator
Salary: £25,200-£31,800 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (weekly attendance in Cambridge will be required)
Contract: Full time, permanent, 35 hours per week
Are you ready to play a crucial role in supporting our Chief Information Security Officer and the wider Group Security team? Join us as our Security Admin and help deliver efficient and responsive admin assistance.

About the role
The Security Admin responsibilities will include managing calendars, preparing reports, booking meeting rooms and travel, and preparing documentation for meetings.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Proactively manage the Chief Information Security Officer's diary and filter emails to prioritise urgent correspondence.
2. Prepare papers and agendas for key meetings and take minutes.
3. Facilitate booking meetings and rooms with appropriate stakeholders.
4. Support and manage weekly/ monthly reports.
5. Manage the documentation repository and SharePoint sites.
6. Assist with purchase order processes.
7. Make travel arrangements for team members.
8. Assist with office moves and other logistical operations for the team. About You You are a highly organised individual with a strong understanding of administrative workflows and office practices, preferably in support of an information security or technology team. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Your proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, will be essential in this role.
