Administration Assistant/ Medical Record Clerk Location: Fulwood Hall Hospital, Preston Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time, Mon-Fri - 09:00-17:00 Salary: Depending on experience Benefits Summary: Fulwood Hall Hospital was opened as a purpose built facility in 1986. In 2009 the hospital completed a £9m pound investment to refurbish and expand the site, making it the largest independent hospital in Lancashire and one of the largest in the north of England. The hospital has six consulting rooms supported by a fully equipped outpatient treatment room, a pre-assessment unit for screening and assessing patients prior to surgery as well as modern imaging facilities and a brand new physio and sports therapy department including gymnasium. The role: We are seeking a highly committed Administration Assistant to work within our busy Medical Records department. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a team committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes. You will support the team in ensuring all medical records and scanning is available within a sufficient timescale throughout the hospital. You will be expected to be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and have the ability to deliver an efficient service of Medical Records/Scanning. You will need to have the ability to organise and prioritise your workload and the workload of the team whilst working under pressure, be target driven and have a proven track record of achieving results.
