Scientist
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Microbiology Principal Scientist, the Microbiology Scientist will contribute to a variety of strategic microbiology research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating within a small, dynamic microbiology team.
Taking ownership of specific deliverables within research projects.
Designing and managing trials.
Conducting sampling, sample analysis, and data interpretation.
Preparing media and managing laboratory inventory.
Developing and validating microbiological methods as required.
Creating technical reports and presenting findings to team members and stakeholders.Required Competencies:

MSc in Microbiology (or equivalent) with at least two years of experience in microbiology research.
Proven experience in delivering key microbiology research projects.
Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including databases, Excel, Word, and statistical tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and presentation capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to remain impartial and objective.
