Your Role as Nursery Manager:
* Lead and manage the nursery team to ensure thehighest standards of care and education.
* Develop and implement an engaging early years curriculum in line with theEYFS framework.
* Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance to maintain asafe and stimulating environment.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff tocreate a positive, inclusive culture.
* Manage budgets, staffing, and operational aspects of the nursery effectively.
What Were Looking For:
Level 3 or abovein Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).
Minimum2 years' experienceas a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
Strong knowledge ofEYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding policies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Passionate aboutdelivering outstanding childcare and early education.
