Youth Project Worker (Targeted Youth Work and Detached)
Job Title: Youth Project Worker (Targeted Youth Work and Detached)
Hours: 30 hrs per week including a minimum of two evenings – Job share considered.
Contract Type: Initially fixed term to March 31st 2026. Intention to make permanent.

Due to a number of developments, we are recruiting for a Youth Project Worker with experience of working within formal and informal environments to join our Targeted Youth Support team. Full training will be given, but we are looking for people with experience in working with vulnerable young people to support them into targeted support, including 1:1 case work, structured group work, and detached youth work. We are looking for motivated, well-organised, and committed individuals with a passion and experience in supporting local children and young people who enjoy learning new skills.
