Base Location: Perth, Edinburgh or Glasgow – this is a hybrid role working a minimum two days a week from the advertised location.
Salary: £55,200 - £83,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
We’re seeking a Change Lead for our Change and System Operations team, responsible for delivering business and IT change within Energy Markets and supporting bespoke energy trading applications.
The role ensures business change activities (process design, organisational design, training, communications, and business readiness) are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality across projects with significant business impact. You’ll apply appropriate project methodologies for successful transformation and value realisation. As part of the Business Change team, you'll also contribute to the development of a high-performing team.
You will
- Establish and uphold standards for the change programme capability, ensuring the business understands how projects align with the organisation's strategic goals and how successful delivery contributes to benefits realisation.
- Lead the development and execution of the communication and engagement strategy at the programme/project level.
- Oversee the delivery of specific projects, including collaborating with the business to define requirements, identifying solutions, managing testing, and implementing the solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business change and project stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and benefits realisation.
- Manage a team of business change managers, fostering their development and performance.
You have
- Extensive experience in the Business Change discipline, delivering into project lifecycles within complex change or transformation programmes.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring that customer benefits are prioritised throughout all activities.
- Expertise in developing and shaping business change principles, methodologies, and templates to support a comprehensive Business Change Framework.
- Knowledge of change management techniques, models, and theories, with practical application experience; LEAN practitioner experience is desirable.
- Exceptional networking and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to influence at senior levels.
