The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to maximise service sales opportunities through the upsell of additional products, services and repair work. Confidently delivering product knowledge and offering support to our valued customers, you will provide a smooth customer journey whilst ensuring all systems and documentation are complete with high accuracy.
Required skills as a Service Advisor:
* Knowledge and understanding of working within a customer facing role.
* Passion for the automotive industry.
* IT and computer literate and ability to use various company systems.
* Well organised and ability to manage workload.
