About the role? - Housekeeper If you enjoy working with people from all walks of life, have experience of working in a busy environment and have a great eye for detail then we would really like to hear from you The main purpose of this role is to ensure our premises are kept clean and represent Adullam standards. We provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who are ex offenders. We are looking for a cleaner to join our team As a cleaner you will be responsible for taking care of our facilities and you will carry out various cleaning duties. Your main goal will be to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. The role is part time 30 hours per week. You will ensure a good standard of professional service is given and that you work within the Associations Policies and Procedures. You will be expected to ensure effective working relationships with colleagues and contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos. About you? We are looking for a cleaner with: An awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and those that have faced multiple disadvantages. Proven working experience as a cleaner. An organised person who can multitask. A working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace, COSH. Need to be agile and able to use / move equipment around the buildings. An ability to demonstrate our values and behaviours and work within our Christian ethos. Although lived experience is not essential, it is welcomed as part of our workforce.
