Job Title: Project Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and plan project activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
2. Facilitate clear communication between project managers, sales, service teams, and business lines.
3. Review technical and commercial aspects of customer requests and produce proposals.
4. Engage with sub-suppliers to review scope, pricing, and terms.
5. Use ERP and CRM systems to manage orders and update project milestones.
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
1. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
2. Strong technical knowledge to understand customer requirements.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
5. Previous experience in project support roles is highly desirable.
