Technical Manager Location: Leeming Bar Salary: Negotiable Hours: Monday – Friday Type: Permanent Responsibilities: · General Maintenance of the Food Safety Management Systems · Leading HACCP and TACCP teams · Manage and support the QA team, leading them to deliver successful results · To lead internal and external audits · Monitor the departments KPS’s, ensuring targets are achieved and improved · To carryout senior management meetings · To investigate and respond to customer complaints · To work with other departments to implement change Requirements: · HACCP Level 4 certification · Excellent knowledge of BRC and leading audits · Experience within a similar position in a food manufacturing environment · Must have experience leading a team · Good knowledge of Health and safety requirements · Experience of implementing improvements and innovations · Driven and Highly Organised For more information on this opportunity please contact Dan Pilkington at Imperial Professionals
