We’re now looking to grow our team with a full-time Mortgage Case Manager — someone who’s ready to bring their expertise, passion, and enthusiasm to help us grow together.
You will be highly motivated and exceptionally organised—a self-starter, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This role is based in the UK and is fully remote with bi-annual team catch-ups, reporting to Meet Margo's co-founders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work as part of our team to provide exceptional support to our advisers from initial inquiry to completion.
* Efficiently keep clients informed throughout the mortgage journey, ensuring a 5-star experience.
* Manage updates from lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors – filtering this back to our customers in a friendly, informative, and helpful update.
* Communicate well with the broader team of mortgage experts to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
* Help the Meet Margo product team further develop our newly launched app through client feedback.

EXPERIENCE
* Must have: 2+ years of industry experience in this role or a similar one.
ROLE DETAILS
* 35 hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm)
* Basic salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
