Interim Director of Transformation

LHH is delighted to advise Police Scotland in the search for an Interim Director of Transformation.
Police Scotland is the second largest police force in the UK and serves over five million people throughout the length and breadth of Scotland; delivering this vital public service with a workforce of 23,000 police officers and staff, and an annual budget of c. £1.5 billion.
During this time of transformation, Police Scotland is reshaping and developing to ensure lean, agile and efficient working with the aim of improving frontline services to meet the needs of a changing Scotland. We are seeking an exceptional change leader and experienced strategist who is skilled in the delivery of large-scale business transformation programmes in a complex environment.
With responsibility for transformation and change across Police Scotland, supporting senior staff and officers to deliver improvements, this role is central to the successful delivery of Police Scotland’s strategic priorities. As a member of the Executive Team, working closely with senior colleagues and with leadership of the central change function, you will challenge existing practice, control change activity and drive and evaluate performance.
