Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and assist in achieving departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including schedule ETAs, maintaining Inboxes, and handling emails.
-Ensure that all documents are completed within time frame, and all documents correctly attached.
-Assist with data entry, database management, and record-keeping.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in an administrative role.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
-Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Familiarity with Maximo is a plus.
