My client based in Billingham is looking for a Telesales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis The role would suit someone who has previous outbound sales experience, though any experience of call handling inbound or outbound would be considered. The ideal candidate would need to be someone who enjoys the buzz of a sales office environment, who is personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport. Duties of the role include: To promote, sell and obtain orders To establish and build relationships with new and existing customers To discuss products and services, offering advice on best suited products Upselling on bundle items and higher value products Working to set KPIs Utilising existing database to generate leads, and new customers Processing orders Telesales experience is required Salary: £24k starting salary, opportunity for review after 6 months Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm (weekend work applicable during peak) Role: Starting in January, permanent from day one CPMiddlesbrough The Recruitment Co is an equal opportunities employer
